Briz coffee has a social responsibility towards its employees, partners and government. By working in the coffee business and especially with the coffee producing countries we feel that our duty is not limited to the legal framework and that we should take care of nature and people. In order not to limit our action to only one aspect, we have chosen to work with several certifications. Each certification to which we have subscribed offers a different approach to that subject though with some similarities. Fairtrade will focus on a fair price, Organic on the healthiness of the product, Rainforest Alliance on the traceability, environment and good agricultural practices and IFS broker for food, product and service standards. There are of course many other programs initiated by companies or other organisations that deserve the same attention and that we may join in a near future. The unique goal we should keep in mind is making the whole coffee chain more sustainable for each stakeholder.
 
Besides these programs we have our own initiatives towards the community and we are always open to new social coffee projects.
